Guaranteed check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-in can be done until 11:00 PM. If arriving at the hotel after this time, the guest must inform the reservations department or reception in advance to make arrangements. The necessary information for registering all staying guests will be requested, as well as full prepayment (online) for the reservation. If the guest does not notify the hotel and/or refuses to provide the requested information or make the payment, the reservation will be canceled with no possibility of reactivation upon arrival.

It depends on the dates of the stay. You will find this information about your reservation at the bottom of your reservation confirmation. However, if you have not booked yet, you will find this information highlighted in green when you search on our booking engine.

Yes, but only in the flexible cancellation policies that explicitly indicate it.

You can only smoke in duly marked open areas. In the rooms and in the rest of the interior of the hotel you can not smoke.

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

The hotel is not responsible for any objects left in our establishment. However, if an object left by one of our clients in our establishment is found by our staff, it will be sent to reception and kept for 30 days for your claim.

No, the double room is for two people. For 3 people, you would have to book a triple room or a double room plus a single room.

If there are fewer people, payment will still be required for all the booked guests. If there are more people, it will be necessary to wait for the reservations department to review the situation to verify if it is possible to accommodate the additional guest(s), assign a new room, and inform them about the extra cost. Check-in will be paused until the matter is resolved.

Yes, we have parking in our hotel. If you want to reserve a spot, contact us and we will verify availability and price.

It is possible to make the change if on those dates we offer the lunch option at noon. The change does not have any type of cost.

Yes, the pool is open as long as the hotel is open. Opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Yes, towels are left under deposit (cash only) at reception.

Yes, in the hotel there is a small spa only for staying guests and at no additional cost.
