Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. Check-in can be done until 11:00 p.m. If arriving at the hotel later than that time, the customer must inform the reservations or reception department in advance to manage it. The necessary information will be requested to register all the people who will be staying and payment in advance (online) of the total reservation will be requested. Likewise, it will be necessary for the customer to have the mobile application on their mobile device to obtain the digital room key. If not informing and/or not wanting to provide the information or not making the payment, the reservation will be canceled without the option to reactivate it upon arrival.

According to Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to provide: full name, gender, identity document number, type of document (ID card, passport, TIE), nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence (full address, city, and country), landline and mobile phone numbers, email address, number of travelers, and relationship between the travelers (if any are minors), among others. If you refuse to provide all the information requested at reception for registration, the authorities requesting this information will be informed, and the reservation will be canceled with the cost corresponding to a late cancellation (according to the cancellation policy).

Check-out must take place between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (noon). If you intend to check-out before 8:00 a.m., please inform reception in advance.

It depends on the dates of the stay. You will find this information about your reservation at the bottom of your reservation confirmation. However, if you have not booked yet, you will find this information highlighted in green when you search on our booking engine.

Yes, but only in the flexible cancellation policies that explicitly indicate it.

You can only smoke in duly marked open areas. In the rooms and in the rest of the interior of the hotel you can not smoke.

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

The hotel is not responsible for any objects left in our establishment. However, if an object left by one of our clients in our establishment is found by our staff, it will be sent to reception and kept for 30 days for your claim.

No, the double room is for two people. For 3 people, you would have to book a triple room or a double room plus a single room.

If there are fewer people, payment will still be required for all the booked guests. If there are more people, it will be necessary to wait for the reservations department to review the situation to verify if it is possible to accommodate the additional guest(s), assign a new room, and inform them about the extra cost. Check-in will be paused until the matter is resolved.

Yes, we have parking in our hotel. If you want to reserve a spot, contact us and we will verify availability and price.

It is possible to make the change if on those dates we offer the lunch option at noon. The change does not have any type of cost.

Yes, the pool is open as long as the hotel is open. Opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Yes, towels are left under deposit (cash only) at reception.

Yes, in the hotel there is a small spa only for staying guests and at no additional cost.

If you miss any of the breakfast, lunch or dinner services booked at the time of booking, the hotel will not reimburse you.

Rooms

Yes, children pay for the stay. Babies (0-2 years) pay for cot and mash (upon request).

Yes, there are cots for rent at the hotel. The service is paid. Ask us for availability and prices.

Yes, we have an adapted room with an adapted bathroom.

No, however, you can check at reception if there are any left for rent.

Infants are free of charge if sharing a bed with adults. If they need a cot, the linen service has an extra cost of 8,5€/night. If, on the other hand, they need a bed, they will be considered as a ‘child’ and the rate will be the ‘child’ rate, not the ‘baby’ rate. Not all room types in the hotel can contain an extra bed, so we advise you to check with the hotel in this case.

Yes, in the room there is a kettle along with a coffee maker. The service is included in the room rate.

Guaranteed check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. onwards. It is possible to check in until 10:00 p.m. In the event of arriving at the flat later than this time, the client must inform the reservations or reception department in advance in order to arrange it. The necessary data will be requested to register all the people who are going to stay and the payment in advance (by internet) of the total amount of the reservation will be requested. In case of not informing and/or not wanting to give the details or not making the payment, the reservation will be cancelled without the option of reactivating it on arrival.
